Undergraduate Admissions Requirements

Below, you will find details about applying to one of DigiPen’s undergraduate (bachelor’s degree) programs. Be sure to choose the correct degree, as the requirements and additional materials (such as personal statements and portfolios) are specific to each program. Please contact our Office of Admissions if you need clarification on any of the application requirements.

No Fee November

We are waiving the $60 application fee to those who have started an application between November 1 and November 30, 2024. Please contact us at admissions@digipen.edu with any questions about No Fee November.

• Bachelor of Science (All)

  See the requirements for all Bachelor of Science programs, including:

  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science
  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Digital Audio
  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Game Design
  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science in Machine Learning
  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science in Real-Time Interactive Simulation

• Bachelor of Arts in Game Design

  The application to the Bachelor of Arts in Game Design program includes a design portfolio requirement unique to the program.

• Bachelor of Arts in Music and Sound Design

  The application to the Bachelor of Arts in Music and Sound Design program requires the submission of a portfolio, including pre-recorded performances.

• Bachelor of Fine Arts in Digital Art and Animation

  The application to the Bachelor of Arts in Digital Art and Animation degree includes the submission of an art portfolio produced by the applicant.
