Most competitive sports boil down to “keep control of the ball” and “score goals.” But in top-down party shooter Quasar, a few more exciting layers are added on top. For one, the field is a futuristic neon arena full of obstacles and enemies. Then there’s the fact that up to four players control one of nine spacecraft, each with their own unique class, weapon type and stats. Think of it as soccer meets Pac-Man, with a lot of laser beams and flames thrown in.
