Every spring, DigiPen’s student body gathers to show off their stuff at one of the most anticipated campus events of the year — the DigiPen Student Game Showcase.
The showcase marks the debut of dozens of trailers for freshmen, sophomore, junior, and senior game projects made by teams throughout the year, ranging from early programming exercises in game development, to sophisticated 2D and 3D titles crafted by multidisciplinary teams.
“The Student Showcase is a wonderful opportunity we have to celebrate all of the amazing students and all of the work you’ve put in to build these awesome games, to work with your teams, and to solve hard problems,” said senior lecturer Justin Chambers, who served as the host at this year’s event.
This year’s 2022 edition was extra special, marking the showcase’s return in person after going fully virtual for two years due to the pandemic. If you missed the live event, the showcase is available to stream in full below. And if any games on display pique your interest, you’ll soon be able to download them for free on DigiPen’s Game Gallery or Steam.
