Check-In Procedures and Orientation
All international students are required to check-in with a Designated School Official (DSO) within 30 days of their arrival in the United States. The official check-in for incoming international students is during New Student Orientation, which all incoming students are required to attend.
During this check-in, we will register your arrival with the Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS) and allow you to meet other international students. Please come to Orientation with your full local address so we can input the information into SEVIS.
Student ID
You will receive your student ID during the first day of New Student Orientation. This card allows you access to the DigiPen campus as well as many of the classrooms and computer labs.
Email Account
During New Student Orientation, you will receive your DigiPen email account information. You will also use this information to log in to DigiPen computers on campus.
