eCheck

Pay in the Colleague Self-Service Portal

eCheck payments for Tuition are not subject to convenience fees.

In order to process the eCheck payment, you will need the following Information:

  • Payer’s full name
  • Payer’s address
  • Payer’s daytime phone
  • Payer’s email address
  • Bank account type
  • Bank routing number
  • Bank account number

eCheck payments for Housing are not subject to convenience fees.

In order to process the eCheck payment, you will need the following Information:

  • Payer’s full name
  • Payer’s address
  • Payer’s daytime phone
  • Payer’s email address
  • Bank account type

Credit or Debit Cards

Pay in the Colleague Self-Service Portal

We accept credit card payments through ACI for which there will be a 2.65% convenience fee with a minimum service fee of $2.00 per transaction added to the amount of the bill.

In order to process the credit card payment, you will need the following information:

  • Payer’s full name
  • Payer’s address
  • Payer’s daytime phone
  • Payer’s email address
  • Credit Card number
  • Credit Card Expiration
  • Credit Card Verification Code

Cash

Do not mail cash. Cash payments are only accepted by walk-ins during office hours. Retain receipts for your records.

Wire Transfer

(For International Students Only)

Pay online by wire transfer through Flywire or PayMyTuition.

These payments are not subject to additional bank fees.

Other Fees

Other fees may be paid online through the ACI Payments website. To make a payment, go to the Education Payments section on the ACI website, select “Washington” from the State or Territory drop-down menu, and find “DigiPen Institute of Technology” under the Payment Entity menu.

Fees that can be paid this way include:

  • Badge Replacement Fees
  • Diploma Replacement Fees
  • Library Fines
  • Meal Cards
  • Conference and Workshop Fees
